Code of ethics and whistleblowing procedure

In line with how important the issue of accountability is to us, SPIE adheres to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. This is not only to ensure that our practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, but also to earn and maintain the trust of our stakeholders over the long term.

Our rules of conduct are set out in the Code of Ethics, as well as in the Code of Ethics Implementation Manual, made available to all employees. Our employees and contractors can also report any behaviour they consider unethical, based on SPIE's Reporting and Processing Procedure.

In July 2022, SPIE published a new Code of Ethics and Reporting and Processing Procedure. In doing so, SPIE is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
